Perfections Salon, named by its founder and leader, the late Kenneth R. Collopy, was so named because we are perfectionists when it comes to hair. We have two basic tenets: 1) Maintain the health and integrity of our clients’ hair. 2) Provide our clients with precision, individualized haircuts and color designed specifically for them.
Our team was trained in dry cutting by Kenneth, a 58-year veteran of the cosmetology industry who learned European cutting techniques and much of his trade from Antoine Cierplikowski, the world’s first celebrity stylist. Kenneth passed that knowledge on to his stylists and we carry that knowledge forward every day as we care for our clients and their hair.
Perfections’ team is skilled in cutting straight or curly hair (though each has a different set of techniques) in styles that complement each woman or man who sits in our chair. Our color line is organic and American-made. We offer the very best in hair care products to our clients… the very same products we use in the salon… including Olaplex to maintain the health and integrity of our clients’ hair.
Our stylists offer a level of knowledge in color chemistry second to none. If you have had a color disaster (whether at home or another salon), our education and experience enable us to correct those mistakes and return your hair to as close to its natural state as possible.

NOTE: For any appointment that is longer than 2 1/2 hours, including Smoothing Treatments, Balayages, Color Corrections or multiple services, you must deposit 50% of the service cost to hold the appointment. With 48 hours notice, the deposit will go towards the re-booked appointment's total. This deposit is non-refundable if you give us less than 48 hours' notice of cancellation.
