Regarding Guarantee and Adjustments
Our Goal is to Make You Happy
If you are not pleased with your haircut, you may request that we adjust it within one week of your service. We will deliver the adjustment at no charge.
We guarantee our color services as long as you use only professional products that we recommend to keep your color vibrant and your hair healthy. This includes a Malibu Makeover ($50) prior to your first color service if you are a new client. The Malibu C treatment will remove all minerals and medications prior to your color service. If you are not pleased with a color service, we will gladly adjust it within one week of your service at no charge to you.
Perfections Salon does not refund money offered as payment for services rendered. It is illegal in the state of Ohio to stop payment on a check offered in payment of services rendered.
Service Policy
We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service reserved in order to continue to book future services at our salon.
Refund Policy
We do not refund any salon services. If there is a problem with a coloring service or a treatment service we would be more then happy to talk and correct any problems within 1 week of the original service. We offer full refunds on unopened retail products and unworn boutique clothing within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund or exchange any open retail products or worn boutique clothing. Tags must be attached and please keep your receipt.
