Salon Etiquette
To help you get the most enjoyment and value out of your visit to our salon, we have established the following etiquette guidelines.
Service Etiquette
Because we must operate under and abide by the laws of the State of Ohio and the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, we reserve the right to refuse to deliver any service at any time if we deem it appropriate.
Clothing/Smock Etiquette
Hair color can damage your clothing. For your own protection, we ask that you remove your clothing and don a smock prior to receiving services. We will take all necessary precautions, but we cannot be responsible for clothing damaged by hair color if you keep them on during a service. And make sure your purse is not on the floor underneath the colorist!
Unattended Children Etiquette
Service Policy
We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service reserved in order to continue to book future services at our salon.
Refund Policy
We do not refund any salon services. If there is a problem with a coloring service or a treatment service we would be more then happy to talk and correct any problems within 1 week of the original service. We offer full refunds on unopened retail products and unworn boutique clothing within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund or exchange any open retail products or worn boutique clothing. Tags must be attached and please keep your receipt.
